2. Google User Data

If you choose to sign in with Google or connect your Google account, we access certain information from Google with your permission, limited to what is needed to provide the features you enable:

• Sign-in & profile — your name, email address, and profile picture, to create and authenticate your account.
• Google Calendar — to create, read, and manage interview events you schedule through the Service.
• Gmail (send) — to send interview invitations and related messages on your behalf when you request it.

3. Limited Use Disclosure

Talentverce's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, we do not sell Google user data, and we do not allow humans to read it unless we have your explicit consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To match job seekers with relevant roles and employers with relevant candidates.
• To schedule and conduct interviews, including calendar events and video interviews.
• To communicate with you about your account, applications, and updates.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• With employers or job seekers as needed to facilitate applications, messaging, and interviews you participate in.
• With service providers who process data on our behalf (for example hosting, email delivery, and video infrastructure) under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

6. Data Retention
