The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google (for sign-in, Calendar, and email). Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, or the accuracy of any job posting, profile, or user-submitted content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talentverce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other lawful reason. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
